Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please respect that time, and the clients booked around it, by reviewing the following.
- Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee, payable before any future appointment can be scheduled.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a reschedule and may carry a late cancellation fee.
- Emergencies are always considered case by case.
